Frequently Asked Questions About Our General Services

Does your firm offer free consultations?

Yes, we offer 45 minute free consultations.  You will meet with the attorney or attorney(s) best suited to your matter, during which meeting we will walk you through the process and our strategies in reaching the best outcome for you.  

How can I make payment?

We accept checks, cash and credit card via our totally secure client portal.

Do you offer payment plans?

Every matter is unique.  During our initial consultation we will discuss costs with you and try to anticipate what those costs might amount to over the life of your legal matter.  From there, we try to work with you so you can achieve your goals within your budget.  

Do you bill hourly?

We offer hourly billing and flat fees, but it depends on the matter.

How do you share important documents and information with me?

Once you have retained our services, we will invite you to our secure client portal where we will share important documents, appointments and invoices with you.  

Where can I meet you?

We have offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island and are happy to offer our free consultation at any of those locations.
