Bradley R. Siegel

Bradley R. Siegel has been winning cases for over 25 years. His areas of experience include:

During a 17-year stint as the former General Counsel and Corporate Counsel for the Jack Parker Corporation, Bradley worked on a prestigious real estate portfolio that included apartment buildings, office buildings, retail, and hotels (including the world class Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City and the Parker Palm Springs in California).

Recognizing that business or financial transactions propel most legal situations, Bradley has successfully dedicated his career to mastering both. He has used this hard-won knowledge to accomplish the goals of CEOs, business owners, entrepreneurs, and other executives. Cooper Knowlton

Cooper Knowlton specializes in small business law, civil litigation, and intellectual property matters. He formerly worked at the litigation department of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, where his practice focused on securities, antitrust, First Amendment, and general commercial and corporate cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent two years as a Special Education teacher in the Bronx and two years in the Peace Corps in rural Cambodia.

Carl Kleidman

Carl Kleidman is an attorney as well as an experienced investment banker and private equity investor with over 30 years of legal and micro-cap through lower middle market investing experience. He assists private companies with business formation, financing, private placements, and merger and acquisition transactions.  Carl is an invaluable resource for Bergstein Flynn’s small business and startup clients.

Michael Ushkow

Michael is an experienced business attorney and commercial litigator who advises clients in connection with:

  • Licensing, transactional, and corporate governance matters for smaller businesses

Michael graduated in the top 1% of his class at Hofstra University School of Law and has applied that standard of excellence to his work as Of Counsel to Bergstein Flynn.
