Lindsey Laveaux is a litigation associate at Bergstein Flynn Knowlton & Pollina PLLC.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey served for ten years as a Senior Trial Attorney at New York County Defender Services, where she managed a large docket, tried cases to verdict, and argued in more than 200 criminal and supreme court arraignments across the criminal courts of New York County. She possesses the precision in statutory analysis, negotiation skills, and courtroom judgment that she now brings to complex commercial disputes.

Her earlier work as a Staff Attorney in the Housing Eviction Prevention Unit at CAMBA Legal Services grounded her in the procedural mechanics of landlord-tenant disputes and housing court practice.

Lindsey is fluent in French and Haitian Creole with conversational proficiency in Spanish. Prior to law school, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bafang, Cameroon, teaching English in a francophone secondary school.
