Noah is a law clerk on the litigation team, currently awaiting admission to the New York bar. Noah works in the firm’s core practice areas, advising clients on a variety of real estate and other commercial issues, including disputes arising out of commercial leases, construction projects as well as condo co-op matters.
Before joining BFKP, Noah worked as a paralegal at a matrimonial law firm specializing in high-net-worth divorces, where he handled complex financial and asset-related matters, and also gained experience in immigration law, including visa applications, writs of mandamus, and SIJS petitions. He also served as a legal research assistant in the New York City Council’s Bill Drafting Division.
