Bradley Pollina

Bradley Pollina is a commercial litigator and business attorney who is dedicated to providing clients with personalized and cost-effective legal solutions. Brad maintains a general commercial litigation practice with a particular focus on the real estate and construction industries. Brad’s practice includes commercial lease disputes, representation of developers and construction companies in all manner of contract disputes, negotiation of construction access agreements and litigation of RPAPL § 881 petitions, and the prosecution and defense of actions involving mechanic’s liens. Brad also advises on and litigates partnership disputes and business divorces, employment law matters and appeals arising out of commercial cases of all kinds.

As a litigator, Brad is keenly aware that the best result for a client may be the one that can be achieved without resort to litigation itself.
