Emily Ashe is a real estate and business transactional attorney who counsels clients in commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and title matters. Emily also advises clients on condo/co-op issues, including governance, construction contracts, license agreements, and foreclosure. She has worked with both domestic and international clients to formulate real estate investment strategies and maintain their portfolios to achieve their real estate goals.

Prior to joining Bergstein Flynn Knowlton & Pollina, Emily was Managing Partner of the Hudson Valley law firm Cajigas & Fisher, where she counseled clients focused on real estate in the lower Hudson Valley region. Emily left her upstate practice in 2021 to pursue her dream of long-distance sailing, and subsequently joined BFKP to resume her practice here in New York City.
