Joseph DiPietro is a litigation associate at Bergstein Flynn Knowlton & Pollina. His practice focuses on commercial and real estate litigation, representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Bureau of the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. There, he briefed and argued numerous appeals, petitions, and motions before the New York Court of Appeals, the Appellate Division, and the Supreme Court.
Joe earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his A.B., cum laude, from Georgetown University.
