Nicholas has advised clients not only in active litigation, but also in pre-litigation investigations, mediations and appeals.

Additionally, as a member of the New York City Bar Association, Nicholas has served as chairman of the New York City Hospitality Committee, which focuses its work on issues facing the New York City hospitality industry.
