Rhonda Schwartz

SENIOR COUNSEL

Rhonda is Senior Counsel at Bergstein Flynn Knowlton & Pollina, bringing a rare blend of legal expertise in commercial real estate and a deep commitment to public service. She holds a JD from Columbia Law School, a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University, and an MSW from Rhode Island College.

Rhonda has spent the past several years in public service, most recently as a Regional Administrator for the U.S. Administration for Community Living. In that role, Rhonda oversaw the implementation of federal programs and policies supporting the aging population. Her work has spanned statutory interpretation, regulatory drafting, grants management, and coalition-building across sectors.

Rhonda began her career as a commercial real estate attorney at Richards & O’Neil, LLP. Over time, Rhonda worked her way to the role of Partner at Richards & O’Neil, Bingham McCutchen LLP, and Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP.  Her background includes experience in acquisitions, sales, construction, financing and commercial leasing.
